Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the consumer and the retailer during an on-line transaction. In reality an on-line transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax. Information transmitted on-line is encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations, unlike these other methods that use standard medium coding.

Failed to receive reply from Ixradio?
Normally, we will reply an email within 48 hours. If you don't receive any email from us, it is likely that we did reply but your email service provider destroyed the reply. If you think this might be the case, simply send us another email through another email account (different service provider) saying that you didn't receive the expected reply. We will then send you another email.

Reason for failure to receive email?

Sometimes we send email to people and they do not receive it. In almost every case this is because their email provider is using a "blackhole" spam blocker. If an incoming message is deleted because it is thought to be spam, most spam blockers send a notice to the sender. If we receive such a message, we will try to send the email again, perhaps using a different email server.

However a "blackhole" spam blocker is different, it will delete incoming email without sending a notice to either the sender or the receiver. "Blackhole" spam blockers cause severe problems because they delete legitimate, non-spam emails that you wanted to receive.

 

How to overcome the lost email?

If your email service is deleting incoming email meant for you without notice, you are being deprived of email you have a right to receive. Change your email address to one which does not use blackhole spam blocking, and send us an email for your enquiry. Or you can check your deleted mail or trash folder for lost email.
